I am sure you know that NH does not have any association that represents ice anglers.

meeting and potluck supper will be held to discuss the forming of the NH Ice Angler's Association

I would be a member if it were to form, at this point no time for anything beyond just a regular member. I would love to be more involved, just don't have time now. Good luck and sign me up if it gets moving.

I guess I just wanted to know why you would have this? I'm sure to somehow represent us all when any affecting issues heat up and build identity to a group much bigger than what most people believe us to be?

Pretty much. Plus Maine has one and therefore we should too.

Check out their preabmle... ours wouldn't be much different. This pretty much breaks down the reason for the organization existing. Of course, as a member of the NH Ice Anglers Assoc., you would be partly responsible for listing what you want in the preamble as well as upholding it.

Same as last year... count me in... but this year I'll be out of state for work too much to be of any help with organizing. Would still like to be a member though. Hope this goes further than it did last year. Its a good idea and can do nothing but help.

I can get space in Concord to have some sort of dinner/meeting.

Can I get a ya from those who are interested in putting something together?

I am going to set up a location (in Concord), date, and time for a meeting with the purpose of forming the NH Ice Angler's Association.

I will be there, I will also have my oldest son with me that day, he is 3 years old. Is that a problem bringing him along? Not much I can do if not, wife and youngest son are out of town that night and day.

I will try make the trek south for the meeting. As Rene said, we are pulling his shack that day. Based on the simple fact that it needs a step ladder to get into, I am sure it is far from even remotely being frozen in!
