Based on the number (or lack of) responses from people that are coming I'm sure we will have more than enough dinner food. I would definitely eat some venison jerky though.  ;D

Here is who we have so far:

Jiffy Man
Knurren
NH Trout Fisherman
James and Mrs. James
Salmon Stalker
Timberdoodle
Someone from another site
Vanilla Ice Trapper
Chiefbush (maybe)
duck doctor (maybe)

Food:
Chili
Lasagna and Pasta salad
pasta casserole
Coffee and donuts
Venison Jerky

Maybe people can brainstorm or research "starting a non-profit" and bring some info on Saturday. It would be good to have a head start.

I have Printed off a copy of the "Incorporation and tax exemption for New Hampshire Arts and other non-profit organizations: an introductory guide"
also the application for forming a non-profit in NH. I'll keep digging. I may be able to get a few few copies of the guide but it is 47 pages long. I also printed off the 7 page guide put out by NH that guidelines the procedure and RSA's that govern a non-profit. Heres a link to the NH non-profit center.                                                                                                                                                                                                          http://www.nhnonprofits.org/knowledgecenter/nonprofbasics/startinganonprofit.cfm

Can someone give us an update as to what was discussed and where we stand with the NHIAA?  Not trying to be a pain, just would like to be kept informed.  Thanks...

It was a small gathering, about 7-8 of us...It is still in the early stages...basically just trying to get things off the ground, we will be trying to have regular meetings as we gain knowledge/interest on the cause....

We must limit was is said on the Shanty as it might get deleted for being "promotional" ?

Feel free to PM myself (NH Trout Fisherman) or Jiffman, Knurren if you would like more info... Thank You :)

If anyone would like a membership application, or applications, just email me with your address and I will mail them out to you. I can also send it as a file online that you can print yourself. As with any organization, membership is the deciding factor to wether or not the organization makes it. The five of us have put forth time and money out of our own pockets to ensure the start of the association, hopefully there are more of you out there willing to join and help. We all love Icefishing, lets get the association off to a good start. Nick

Just to update everyone who was interested in the association. We are taking memberships and going foward. We are currently looking for meeting space in the concord area. If anyone has any info on some place we can meet please let us know. Our original meeting space fell through. As always if anyone is interested or has questions let me know or go to the website http://www.nhiceanglers.com/Home.html. You can download the membership app right off the website. Thanks again.

Not as of yet....but you will get a shiny membership card. Patches and stickers are in the works as well. We are also looking for suggestions on logo's. If anyone wants info email or attend a meeting, we would like to see more people getting on board.
