Tried some new thick brat patties on sesame buns I found from a butcher place in Wisconsin....cheddar and green bell. Pretty tangy, musta been fulla beer. Also had some of that seafood salad we were talking about the other nite, boy that was good! Not sure it was the best combo to pair up with tangy green pepper beer brats, though. We'll see in about an hour...
Well, not sure, but the way my stomach feels right now, might be blowing to THE WEST tonite.

Gonna be my two-cheese cheeseburgers, mac salad, BBQ bacon beans, tall glass iced tea. If friggin' Spring ain't gonna come, I'll just pretend it has. Put out all the deck furniture and table and grills yday. 40* right now. Stretching the burger a bit by making 1/4 lb patties instead of 1/3 lb. Mixed up a 2 lb batch of my burger recipe and punched out 8 patties, they went in the freezer and kept out 2 for supper.
