On another thread we figured spam has multiple uses , waxing skis , keeps holes and line from freezing and can be used as bobbers 😜

Well, looks like it's gonna be an experimental nite.....broiled pig chop (It's pouring outside) with glazed sweet'n sour sauce, wild rice, and maybe some broccoli with cheese sauce...

I welched out and had a Tombstone deluxe I added onions, green peppers, ham chunks, black olives, and mozzarella to. Piled it on.

Lol, nothing wrong with that, we do that sometimes also, especially when nothing sounds good or don't feel like cooking, need to break down and make homemade pizza one of these days, have lots of homemade Italian sausage and Canadian bacon in the freezer to use.

Looks like that sweet'n sour pig chop is gonna be on tonites menu, can't leave it in fridge much longer, or I'll have to mail it to a certain person for catfish bait.

Ate that pigger chop, but seasoned it with sweet 'n smoky rub. Had some fresh rye bread, peas' carrots, watermelon pickles, and some 'maters. Lime yogurt for desert.

I made a tossed salad, while a 5 oz bacon-wrapped tenderloin was on the grill, along with 3 chicky thighs. Kind of a mix'n match. Had some sweet taters to round things out.

That pepperoni lasagna sounds tasty...and garlic bread is always good.

Seafood salad....I could go for some of that! Walmart used to have a good one that was made in California, if I remember right. A good recipe also used to be on pkgs of Louis Kemp chunk style crab, I'll see if I can find it.

Found the recipe....

Louis Kemp CRAB SALAD
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. Louis Kemps crab pieces (flakes)
1 c. mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
Dash of salt and pepper ( I also add about an 1/8 tsp dill weed...makes a big difference)
Lettuce, chopped
Chop celery and onions. Cut crab into smaller pieces. Mix with celery, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Serve over a bed of lettuce.

I also liked to add small cooked shrimp to it....

Hmmm, that sounds good, I'll have to try it. Got ours at WinCo today, one of the best I've had, it had shrimp in it too.
