JUST THINKING!!! about having a fun group outing on Honeoye. WHOS IN?

WHERE: HONEOYE LAKE
WHEN:SAT FEB 16
TIME:7-8am til

north or south end is only question
north end: I think we would be ok parking @ TRIDENT Marina I always park there and brian the owner is good guy.

kinda like north
south end: the lot at the boat launch is good parking BUT everyone and their brother parks there and it gets crowded!! still good fishing.

VOTES NORTH OR SOUTH??? WILL DECIDE WEEK OR 2 BEFORE.

GONNA BRING SOME FOOD AND SMALL GRILL IF YOU HAVE SMALL COOKIN GRILL OR STEAMER SET UP BRING ER OUT WE WILL EAT WELL!

sounds like a great time although I wouldn't make it till noon because of the wife's schedule but i will bring beer/food, we eat like kings, we fill some buckets

im in, i only fish honeoye usually anyways through the ice cause its nearby and i dont have a vehicle. would be cool to meet a lot of the people from here. and isnt that kids clinic run by avon anglers???

I'll have to keep an eye on this. I might be able to make it down. I've gots lots of venison hot Italian sausage I'll be able to bring if there's a grill going.

Why would you do this to honeoye, it is by far too good of a lake to bring hords pf people.

It's perfect because of (1) the giant south end parking lot, and (2) More people to kill bass. The more the merrier!

I've never been able to make any of the "get together's "due to work schedule and very much looking forward to making this one. I've never fished honeoye before either. Does anyone have any info on overnite accomidations, etc. ? Depending on ice conditions, I will bring my 4-wheeler.

There's a decent hotel in Lakeville. About 15 miles or so from the south launch on Honeoye.

Hope you have a good time, but I would be concerned about the parking lot. They did not plow the new area they made during the last snow and the parking was limited. If there's snow, get their early.

Was kinda torn about which end was parking and catching.south is fine with me ILL FISH ANYWHERE THERES WATER WITH FISH IN IT.

FOOD WILL BE GOOD ANY GOOD GUYS WHO WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME SHOULD DEFINATLY COME OUT!!!!!

hey man, I live right in canandaigua which is only a 20 minute drive from the lake. If you wanted to stay here your more than welcome. just a thought, cant wait to see everybody out there

Just for the record anyone who has ever fished Honeoye lake PRO or NOT knows it will challenge and reward the best or worst fisherman.
heards of people or not It is my favorite lake to ice fish And it is FULL of fish for those Willing to try!!!!!GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

all I ask is carry in carry out!!!
most all of us do that anyway just sayin!!!

maybe even a mini derby would be fun anyone have a good scale that we could weigh fish with??
