A group of us were out at LML yesterday.  Beautiful day...We ended up landing 25+ Burbot.  Smallest was around 3lb and the largest was just shy of 9lbs.

Pics to follow.

shawno were you at pp ?

Not exactly on the point, but in the general vicinity.  Most of the fish were being caught around the 12-14ft mark.

Here are a couple of the photos of some of the fish we kept.  Still in the process of getting all of the photo's together.  I'm sure more will be posted by WW and others on the fishing Sask forum.

Hi shawno and gang.
It was nice to meet all of you and finally put a face and voice to the names I see on-line.
My uncle and I had a good time meeting and fishing with everyone. :)

It was also nice to see the younger generation fishing to.
Your niece looked like she had a lot of fun, and that's what it's all about. ;D

This was our big fish for the day a 7lb male burbot on the 29" mark.

There was no action at all after shawno's group left, but we did have a good chat with Sk-Pikehunter and his friend.

This looked to be the final results.

After Sk-Pikehunter and gang left we fished for a while longer before packing up ourselves at dark.

My uncle iced one more burbot just as we were packing up.

So in the end it was 3 for me and 3 for my uncle.
All but one were male.

Thanks for a good time everyone, see you all down the trail. :)

P.S.- That burbot with the yellow spot on it's belly and jaw didn't have a transmitter in it, I'm not sure what caused that coloration. :-\
We did find one with a fair sized black cyst it though. It looked like an old wound with skin shoved right into the meat. :P

We were out yesterday beautiful day and fishing picked up later in the day.
We ended up with 3-walleye, 3-pike, and 4 dogs.
I think it is just going to get better hopefully until seasons end.

Blessings, :)

We were out a couple days ago and went right to little arm from regina beach. Some water on the way out from the access but still lots of traffic. Good luck!

Spox - I would not recommend a car on LML. It can probably still be done today, but not recommended.
Layne - DO NOT drive down the hill at Kinookimaw. It is muddy and rutted badly. You can get on at Regina Beach and make your way down very quickly and easily.
Travel on the ice is easy right now. It's the landings that are getting bad.

was by glen harbour today and i was just in my car so i didnt get on there but it looks alright. i ended up getting on the lake at spring bay. travel wasnt to bad on the lake in the car. however i did need a tow at the end of the day once the hill got all muddy and my car could only make it 3/4 of the way up. fishing was pretty slow, 2 pike,2 burbs. lost 4 burbs and a nice walter

Eyecatcher00,
In your opinion, would a person be able to get on at Glen Harbor with a 4x4?

yah the other day you could have, i was going to get on there in my car but there was a couple ruts in the sand that i would have got stuck in. im not sure if it got any worse yesterday. We went on at island view yesterday and when we came off we broke the ice like 5 feet from shore so if people try that launch today stay on the south side or you wont get on
