Too funny Trap!! ;D

Well... I went to the doc for surgery release today. Signed a bunch of papers, got checked out, got asked 100 stupid questions....one of the questions was " do You have problems when you urinate?" I said "No". the second question was.." are You sexually active"? I said..."may I ask you a question?" she said.."Yes" I replied, " are you incinuating that I'm an Old Fart??" ;D

Geesh! I'm 47 years old, read all the posts from fellow members on here and, I felt like fell right into the Old Fart category!! :roflmao:

I'm not an Old Fart...Yet!! ;)

Life is good!! @)
You can't be an old fart yet! Otherwise I'm only a couple years behind.
Although I want to know who put in that physical switch to aches and pains at 40.

Good luck with the knee bud, one the positive side look at it this way your just slowly starting a frame off rebuild from the ground up!  You can tell people they only do that to classic muscle not Yugo's.  ;D

That'll be my excuse anyway.
I get to work this morning late & walking a little funny, first question I get asked is "so you went fishing yesterday?"
Geez what happened? Feel like I got hit by a truck.  Granted windy & I covered 3 miles on foot but bare ice. As recently as 5-6 yrs I was pulling gear through lake effect that far and didn't care.  Often sat on a bucket making fun of those who needed shanties.  Yesterday I was zipped up inside thinking I'm not going out there.
While certainly appreciating all the knowledge of the ole farts I still feel the need to tease em for another couple decades!

Loving this thread. Not sure what the age requirement is but I'm technically 51, mentally somewhere in the 20's. So when my body does what my mind tells it too the next day I feel like I'm 80.
Haven't figured out yet how to tell my mind to shut up.

my cell phone

You guys know how to use those?
Wow
That's a long way from holding 1/2 to your ear, while talking into the other 1/2 on the wall saying "operator please connect me to the store"

So back in December (a day before my birthday) I'm at the Doctor's office for my annual physical and I turn to my doctor and say "It's my birthday tomorrow and I'm turning 57."   She says "Bart, I'm looking at your history and you're only going to be 56."    So for the past two years I've been thinking I'm  a year older than I really am.   ::)    For that reason alone, (there are others) I qualify to post on this thread.

I hate to say it but I think I am old enough to be a member of this club at 52. But I do come from a blood line of hard water fishermen. My grandfather died walking out of Pinehurst (Lake Erie) and had a heart attack back in the early 50 tys. Someone brought him in with a ice jolopy but back then they didn't have the mean to revive him. My deceased father lived to hard water fish. Artificial leg and all. Fished till he was in his 80tys.
I hope the good lord lets me fish till I hit the 80tys like my family did.
A bad day fishing is better than being at work.
