Whats your favorite Jigs? Bait?

Used to fish alot when I was younger and trying to get my kids into it. Ive got schoolies and an auger and a few jigs, but I dont want to spend money on things that arent productive as we have a really large family and money is tight. Thank you I really appreciate any info.

I always go with the teardrop jigs and waxworms. you'll catch a wide variety of fish. if you're looking to get specific, then i'd change it up. but if your just out to catch some fish, go with the teardrops and waxies. always works for me.

I've got some moon jigs and a few hali micro jigs with spikes, I use them on schoolie rods with spring bobbers. Thank you

My standard for jigs are genz bugs tipped with maggots.  The Maggots are a lot cheaper than waxies and you can catch multiple fish without the bait being destroyed.  Plus the maggots are 1/3 the size of waxies so its easier to hook  fish.
