The aqua view helped us find it. It took some work ended up using a big rope and a old anchor. Thank god for the aqua view. was able to hook the strap on the case.

Awesome fish.  My biggest is 14" and was a pound and a half.  Ex wouldnt let me mount it....should have gotten rid of her right then and there.  As far as the vex Id put it in a gallon zip lock bag with some rice and leave it sit a couple days.

I WENT OUT TODAY AND CAUGHT A FEW BUT NOTHING LIKE THIS ONE. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE ABLE TO TOP IT. GLAD I AM GETTING IT MOUNTED

Nice crappie, glad you're mounting it. I mounted a 14" one from last winter. You guys have one cherry fishing spot if your getting that many nice ones. 8)
