Don't feel bad; I took a picture of some fried and breaded perch and gill fillets the other night; just haven't figured out the picture posting yet. BTW, the fillet at 10 O'clock looks like a blue gill, or sunfish. Tasty either way; though I like just a tad of tartar on the side. Nice Picture!

yes there was 2 -10 inch gills also......can't slide anything past you guys

not jumbos ......I threw the females back for reproduction sake .....and CC and nutter that isn't right , I go to Erie for a few days and you 2 chew me up ,.....BTW my buddy Dave filleted them

We're just breaking your balls a bit. Glad to hear you throw the females back. We usually only keep a few for the same reason. NICE TROUT. Or steelhead whatever it is. Never went for steelhead, but have heard all about it.

Great looking fillets , makes me hungry ......nice Steelie Polar Bear .....I seen you on Elk one day , you were killing them , you were hooking them fighten them and take a photo themn back in the water , I offered to net one for you , you said no thanks you had a net , then you wipped it out from your back pack like a sword ,I believe you were using egg saks good to see you and great picture .....Paul
