Man, make me feel like I'm really spoiled!! I'm about 300 yards from my favorite crappie spot, about 100 from my favorite Northern spot, 100-150 FEET from a really good bass spot, and less than a mile from 4 other lakes I can get to on snowmobile through the woods. And I know right where the rock pile is that I'm hoping holds the walleyes they stocked two years ago end up once they get big enough to start fishing for. However, that's a ways away, maybe, ohhhhh... 4-500 yards?

Usually 30 mins to ole faithful fishhole , but if get offer to fish anywhere else I will travel. Drove to western mass. once to fish for muskies and pike  was a 2 1/2 hour drive. all depends on the fishing sometimes its worth the drive :'(

One hour by truck to the road head and then another 15 miles by snowsled to the lake. Nothing good comes easy!

215 miles (each way) but worth the drive. Nice little lake with a stream that attracts tons of big perch.

It depends what i'm fishing for and how much time I have. For a quick trip 10 miles to one of two local lakes. Otherwise about and hour.

All the lakes within 20 minutes or so in fruita colorado suck so I go about 2 hrs.
If juniata was still open through the ice 40 min drive, 30 min hike, 15 to get to the spot, but bows there average at least 5lbs and there is tons of walleyes and tons of huge smallmouth and largemouth
imagine--- a day where you catch 10 24" rainbows, 8 walleye, 2 largemouth 16" avg, and 5 smallmouth, 1 of them being 20"

Best lake in the world ;D ;D ;D
if anybody from michigan will help me out with the lakes and stuff up here I'd really appreciate it since I'm new to the area.
