Has anyone been out by barnum pond, or lake colby... is there safe ice yet?  Trying to get out this week...

Fished Church Pond, without any fish, then we fished Osgood Pond, with 14 tiny perch in two days, three guys

I was by there about a week ago and Barnum was iced over, but Colby was wide open... I can't imagine it would be safe yet.  I imagine Barnum might be though....   I heard good and bad things about Barnum though, are the fish back, I heard there was a mishap with DEC a year or two ago and killed most of the fish there...

Anybody got word on Meacham, again, I was by there a week or so ago and it was wide open...

I went by Colby today coming back from fishing. Its wide open. Only ice there is broken pieces on the shore. I wouldn't be surprised if tonight beats it down tho.

Anyone been by Lower Chateaugay lately... I heard its been iced over since thanksgiving... If thats true, should be fishable this weekend...
