i bought one several years ago and it is sitting in a box in the basement i don't even know if it works anymore. they will tell you the depth if that is all your looking for. a year or two later i bought my lx3 and wished i would have saved up for a flasher right away now i have absolutely no use for the polar vision.  i know on the package it says its supposed to beep and show a fish symbol if there is fish down there but i never once seen that happen even when i tried it with fish down the hole i could see, oh yeah and it tells the temperature another useless feature unless you wanna know the air temp. or surface water temp but i know i didn't.
