Team Ontario

Who would be intrested in a first ice gathering for crappies, bluegill and pike? We usually get safe ice early to mid-december here in eastern ontario on a few small spots.

If your intrested, respond to this thread and we can talk more about dates and locations later on in the fall.

If you're driving across the border, you won't need a passport until June 2009.

When my family drove (moved) up here to Alaska in 83 we had more hassle coming back into the US than going into Canada. But that was in different times.

We experience the same thing, return to the States slow... Not complaining, I'm glad they are careful who they let into the USA now a days! With a little patience, not to bad...

i think i would be in as long as i don:t have to fly. those airplanes defy the laws of gravity and i refuse to fly.crazy contraptions.

We usually always get a great turnout on the bay regardless

i am thinking about my little solo..retro fit...

ice fishing is in my mind..more and more.

wen i start to smell wood fire it..jump start some memorys..

Yep, an early start to the season wouldn't hurt now.

Picked up 3 tickets to Neil young December 2.

Last Year...although no G2G was planned, there was a great turnout. It's always nice to fall back into this little spot knowing everywhere you drop the vex, there are phhhisshh.

I'll be there at first ice this year also. And I am with Joco , on hoping there isn't as much snow as last year if there is I'll have a quad for sale or trade with a snowmobile.

As we approach the winter months, I will keep tabs on ice conditions at the local crappie haunt. Come one come all like some would say 8)

I've tried it in years past Andrew to no avail... but perhaps I'm too used to targetting them with the flasher
