Fished it three times this winter and caught fish every time. Nothing great I heard that they are pounding the Togue on Sebago this past week.

The great state of Maine wanted you to keep 5 togue a day out of this water so hopefully they can bring back the brook trout fishery. Dont think they are ever going to bring back the brook trout fishery to what it once was but it is very nice to ice fish this water with such a liberal limit. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Whack em and stack em. ;D ;D ;D We did our best to help the state out!

Seems like the end of Janruary and beginning of Feb produced the bigger fish we took a couple of 6-8 lbdrs and several 3-5 during that time frame and threw back the smaller ones like in those pics. Just thinking of other people. :-*

My son fished it friday. Got blown out of there...A couple small ones on the far end from the landing. We hear it's slow, but you should be able to get your Togue just the same. Fish small bait...AL

It is about time a large one came out of his cave up there. Kudos to the fisherman who caught it.
Going to try Sebago this weekend heard they were biting great this past week.

of course it had to happen.  woke up at 3:30 drove to caratunk.  fished from 7am-6pm and we got skunked.  had a couple stolen baits but that was it.  wind was nasty.  it started to blow so hard by mid morning we had to retreat to shore and watch traps from the trees.  oh well.
