Shappell DX3000 or Frabill Outback??

O.K. I found both of these portables on clearance the DX3000for $150 or the Outback for $100 are these good price's and which would You buy if you had the chance. Thanks!...Bob..

Thats a good price on the dx3000.  Just pick a dx4000 for $269 That was a good price and have a s3000.  Love them both.

Got the Shappell DX3000 from Reeds for 199.00, very happy with it, very easy set-up!!

We used a Shappell S3000 for 10 years and were very pleased with it. I think we paid around $189 for it back then. The DX has a lot nicer fabric, higher ceiling and more windows than ours did.
Looks like the Shappell has more windows than the Frabill too, something to consider if you're setting tip-ups.

If I saw a DX3000 around here for that price I'd buy it even if I didn't fish. That's is a super deal. You could use that for five years and still sell it for the same price. That price is basically free!

I have a DX3000 and I am happy with it and that is a very good price for a new one.

I got the DX3000 from Dicks for 190 (w/ a coupon, like it when the wife enables my bad habits)

Its easy to set up, I picked up the Ski after and find it gets me on and off the ice pretty quick
with a bunch of "stuff".   My only complaint... It has plenty of windows, but they're all too high.
I have to sit on the edge of my seat to look out and check the traps.
