Twin Lakes Panfish
« on: Mar 13, 2008, 07:36 PM »
Anybody have any luck with crappies/gills out of Roland or Gerald? I have seen 'em in the summer, and was planning on hitting up the late afternoon/evening action tomorrow. They should be hungry with these warm sunny days.

Tried Sandy again, not much luck. 5 people on the lake, 4 keepers, about the same number of dinks. Tried it three times this week, seems to be on and off this time of year.

Did you hit the deep hole just off the access site?  Did real well there last year during the last week or two of ice.

Yeah, we tried the deep hole there that produced well a few days earlier, but they just weren't feeding very actively at all.
