I have fished that resevoir you are talking about. The name of it is Resevoir 5, it is owned by the city of Bellevue. When I haved fished it we would catch alot of crappies, bluegills, and saugeye. It si an excellent res to fish in the winter and summer alike.

      Did you try the Res. #5 in Bellevue ?  Just wondering how you did.  I've caught a lot of crappie in there over the years but I have never tried the hardwater.  Any info. is appreciated.  Thanks

Big Mean,
             I have not fished there in the last couple of years, but when I was hitting it heavy the west bank always seemed to produce for me.  This reservoir gets deep real quick, so I would try closer to shore.  One year when the water was low I noticed a lot of brush, tree limbs, etc.. on the bottom of the west bank, hte crappie love it.  I plan on giving it a try within the next week or so, if I happen to stumble across anything I will let you know.  Good Luck !

I go past there on the way to the Harley shop up there Will Roder opened another shop in Sandusky but have not visted it yet Heard Mohigan was good to fish too

Res 5 is usaully a good res to fish, I use to fish it in the summer alot . I know some people that work at the Harley shop gator is talking about . One of them use to work for me selling bikes and  4 wheelers.

 I guess we will have to try it some more. my brother use to work for Will, had some good times with bob adkins, dennis farmer, when they were there. bob went to cleve, & dennis opened his own shop in sandusky. my bro works in toledo. is RAT still in monroeville. last time i went to sandusky terry still there too. lot of change since i use to hang out there ,good people though.

Thats cool. Freind works in parts department at Monroeville store. Where abouts you from?
