lake elmo or lake josephine?
« on: Feb 09, 2008, 01:51 PM »
has any one ever done any ice fishing on either of theese lakes.I know they are supposed to have some bluegills and crappies , and I have even heard large mouth bass.I was just curious if they would be worth trying with the kids.Any info would be appreciated.

I dont think that riverfront would be worth trying. Lake Elmo has some big trout, Cats...you might have better luck with that lake.

I think Lake Elmo is in the Eastern District, if so you are allowed more lines in the water, better check the regs though.
