FOUR WHEELER GONE THRU -BOAT LAUNCH CLOSED AGAIN.

Here we go again . Today at 2:00 pm a four wheeler went thru in 6' of water just feet off the boat launch .  The aqua therm  isn't letting the ice thicken up because I found out from the town that they are running it at night. SMART !! They closed it and roped it off and put barricades up . Perfect timing.  They winched it up thru the ice and hauled it off on a flatbed. I spoke to the guy and he was fine but the four wheeler sucked some water. I'll post any updates if they come.

 It sure does but its the town and the derbys fault for doing something so numb.I mean what were they thinking turning it off during the day and running it at night. It's giving everybody a false senses of security . Looks like a law suit to me if anyone should get hurt  !!!

Is this hole fixable just by adding a heap of 2x6 planks and some plywood or any type of planks? How big of a hole are we talkin?

The holes is only 6'x6' and its about 15' from shore to the left slightly of the launch , but the town shut the whole ramp down because the problem is that the aqua therm current goes right passed the launch and the natural current from the canal meet and severely wear at the ice.  Running the aqua therms at night only makes things worse .
