I found this forum surfing the web, and this place is too cool!!!

Greetings from the MotorCity!


I am an avid icefisherman, fish every chance I get.   Have a new Fish Trap 2 person flipover, a recently purchased Honda 200S to pull my stuff out, and a Marcum LX3.

Been doing well on the crappie this year, but thats about it. STill havent iced a perch, walleye, or pike.

If anyone wants to hook up to do some ice fishing around Wayne/Oakland/Livingston county, or somewhere else/up north,  I'd be willing to go.  I've been on White lake, Ford Lake, Big Lake, Pontiac Lake, Whitmore lake, Island Lake.   Just hit Lake St. Helen last week up in Roscommon.   Would like to try Union or Cass for walleye, though I know they are deep and not sure of ice conditions.   Would also love to try somewhere to tangle with some gills or perch.
