Fish Trap Pro
« on: Jan 29, 2008, 05:17 PM »
Does anyone have any idea why the Fish Trap Pro is out of stock everywhere? Even called the company and they said they wouldn't be making any more for this fishing season. Is it that popular or are people having problems with it?

dude, right now at bass pro there is a ice fishing year end sale!  they have been out of the pro since december!  i seen the guide today for 267.00, and that new 4 man a whomping 667.00, i think it's regularly 899.00.  scout was a decent price at 167.00.  i think when i am due for a new shanty, i will fish with the one i currently have until late january and then get the guide.  i will probably take the one seat out and strictly use it for a oversized one man.  plus taking that extra seat out with lighten up the shanty by 15-20 pounds.
when fisherman fish alone, do they really catch fish??

They only manufacture so many each year. After that they do not start production until mid summer on the next run. Very popular  shelters. I see more and more of them every year.

You can't beat a clam.

I have been hunting or fishing almost everyday of my life. The rest have been wasted.
