Didn't weigh it, maybe 15 - 16 pounds? Just wait till Mike G. and Metippin have the chance to hit the ice a little more, they'll blow right by 38" no problem.

nice pike. seems like maine is getting some hogs this year about the same length as my 18lber so it could have been more than 15-16 never know
