what exactly are mousies i've read lots of mentions but no one has said what they actually are send pics if possible

Eristallis tenax (Drone Fly Larvae) we see lots of them when we empty our manure pit for our dairyfarm.  The walls literally crawl with them when we are digging it out in the summer, I wish I could come up with a good way to keep a bunch of them because they are a great bait.
