Are any of you boys from the wautoma area ?

  I have fished up in your neck of the woods many times. I'm coming up tommorrow, what did the rain do to your ice? I sure appreciate your help.

I'm a bit south of Wautoma but Id guess its ugly.  It could get bettwe by the weekend if the forecast I saw pans out.  A buddy said he fished the other day and his 4" hole became a 9" hole in a short time from all the water on the ice.

I'm between Wautoma and Big Silver lake.  The ice seems to be pretty good.  I've seen people on foxtail bay on Big Silver.  I don't think that there was very much ice lost in the thaw.  The water on top of the ice is now ice.

I have a place on Big Silver.  Love to ice fish here.  Just that I live in ST Ffancis.  Only get up maybe 1-2 times in the winter.

hey guys,
  Got back last sunday, had a blast. We we fished several of the small county lakes and poygan as well. The least ice we found was around eight with poygan closer to 15. You boys should be driving after this weekend. Good Luck.
