Hello Fatboy, Replace the standard 12v cigarette plug connectors with the blade type connectors as you are hardwiring your trailor. Leave the connectors exposed where they come out of the walls or ceiling in case you have to service the component.This is not necessary on the lights and they can be connected with the straight splice quick connects. Use the blue ones for most applications. You will have to use the yellow ones for the battery terminals as these are 1/4 or 3/8 inch. These have a bigger hole to accomadate more wires as they will be a junction point for your different appliances. F.B.
