Looks like you made it out again. Nice Fish.

Thanks

No Fish-slayer and I were out on the same trip that he caught his bigger one. I have just been working every day since and not had chance to post. I can post at work because photobucket is blocked on computers there. As well as you- tube and others. I usually check out IS on my break.

Love your name er-e-is .....makes me think of a monster coming up the hole (as well as my welsh background) ;D , of which you guys have lots of in Wyoming. Tight lines

Why are people tying up the entries' boards with fish that will not make the leader boards or trophy board?

Once you have an entry in for the weekly drawing it is good for the duration of the tourney, or until you're drawn for a weekly prize.

Seems to me the entries boards are being tied up with alot of frivolous nice fish pics.
Makes LoneWolf's job more time consuming.

Amen that sounds like a great idea. I posted a average size walleye to get  in the drawing, then a 32" in pike that was right toward the top at the time. Last one was a 14" perch that was 2nd for a while. Have caught some nice fish that I have not entered cause they were not in the top 3. Lonewolf works hard enough in my opinion. But today I wished I had my camera cause I got a 23.5" brown that would have beaten third on the leaderboards.

Congrats on the personal best perch FishinQB.  No matter the size, I'm always happy with a new PB.

I don't think it would've lasted too long.  :'(

It looks like hunters08's rainbow might is pushing 24" and that big hook-jawed brown looks 25+ish to me.  ???

We'll see when we get an official "score" from LoneWolf.  ::)

NICE FISH ALL AROUND !!!  :D

I PLAN ON catching a 30+ inch rainbow later on this week!  ;D

Haven't checked to entries but I'm sure your right. Little Traverse bay just froze over, and I could go infront of the Bear river and catch some big steelhead. Does anyone know if steelhead can go in the rainbow/brown trout category.

Steelhead were not allowed in the Myfishfinder tourney last season.  I asked and Lonewolf told me they could not be entered.  You might want to check with Lonewolf on this one.

I dont know what the decision would be on that.  Im mean it is a rainbow trout...... that would be like saying a sea fuerellin would not be allowed in the brown trout category even though it is a brown trout.   just a different strain.

If steelhead were rainbows they would be called rainbows. Due to their different characteristics and size difference we don't allow them under rainbows.

a steelhead is a sea run rainbow trout that was transplanted into the great lakes.  they also share the same scientific name Oncorhynchus mykiss.

i did not mean it as a "burn".  I was just stating that a steelhead is a rainbow trout.  Just because it is from the great lakes does not make it different.  It just has a better food source than other RBT.  If I RBT from the great lakes does not count.  what about the browns that have come from there or even the perch or lake trout.  all usually bigger becuase of the food source and size of the water shed they have at their benifit.

Ps just curious.....
