Good day on the ice today...I caught a fish on the Slammer Tipup and got my first brown. Tight lines

Shaver pond you can definitely fish now there is 4"-5" on it as of Saturday but I don't know how it is now with the rain last night. I'm thinking it should be fine. Second pond I don't know if you can get on they might still have the thin ice signs up. You should call the Park office to find out the ice conditions.

i was checking out some other things on the shanty. im sorry i dident post right away about the conditions today the lake was just ice. no snow or water on top

i wasent fishing grafton and i had my buddy with me so we kept are limit 3 trout each. yes the slammers are the best snelly they set the hook perfect every time i have 2 remember that they count as a tip up not a rod tight lines everyone

I wasn't cryin..... I have seen people fish out their welcome in certain ponds and I would hate to see us lose any pond. I have personally see people walk out with far past the limit and have called them on it. I am happy to see the catch though. Happy New Year and lets hope for some more cold weather.
