any ideas to fix the poles on an old Clam?

I have an old Clam, the plastic end of the poles have broke.  Any ideas on how to fix them?

Any place arond you that deals in tarps . Ifound some ends one time at these places. And sometimes their close and you can modify them. Hope it helps

The same thing happened to me.  I talked to the Clam rep at a fishing show.  He told me that they sell the little plastic c-clamp looking things.  Just pull the old ones out...the new ones slip right in.  Go to their web site and order what you need. The manufacturer will provide them. The dealer where I bought my Fish Trap got them for me free of charge.
