Plenty of places have crappie do some searching and you'll find them or dig around on this site some hints are out there. Also check Dec's Lake maps http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/9920.html some have Crappie listed as a species in that water. Guys on here aren't going to give up their crappie spots as most are smaller bodies of water.

Nah, Thats Seneca Lake, but only near the Army Depot

Any of the bigger waters will generally have them in it.  I don't mind giving up the crappie around here, as long as you stay away from my perch!   

Most people won't release names of smaller bodies of water, as to the fish population can't handle a lot of fisherman, and then everyone that goes to them start to catch less and less.
