First step, click on and save one to your "my pictures" file on your computer..use the one at the bottom of my post....then upload it to whatever online picture hosting program you are using (if your not using one yet, i recommend photobucket.com). Now, once you have the pic on a host site go to your iceshanty profile by clickking on profile which should be at the top of the screen next to fourm (same way you added your current pic). Once in the profile click on "forum profile information", then cut and paste the pictures file info from the host site to the section called "signature"

as Im typing this sounds harder then it is...shoot me a pm if you have issues
