Went out TODAY for the last time for sure
coudlnt drive on due to the entrance at mulhurst.
it was very bad, open water and lots of slush and snow
we walked out
drilled 2 holes at 7:30 and 5 minutes into fishing we had 2 nice whites
then it cooled off for 3 hours,
picked up again around 10:30-11:00
caught another 2 nice whites
cooled off till about 3:30
caught another nice one
lost 2 more (one was a Huge whitey)
No1 was catching anything
next to us a guy had 2 whites
they rest had one or nothing
about 14 people on the ice today
good to see people getting out there
saw about 20 whites and thats it
was nice and warm. +7
still has a good 20" of ice
overall was a good day
Promise this was my last time out haha
