I missed it. It was on channel 9 in Syracuse. Aparently from what I understand there was a voting of some sort about ballast water exchange on the St.Lawrance Seaway. From what I understand, it was voted down and sportsmen lost yet another battle.
I would like to find out exactly what transpired.
