I haven't seen anything about the tourney. Whats the date,time,rules,etc.etc. Infos going down!!!!!!!!

Registerations starts at 7:30.

Rules to the Bragging Rights tournament:

(1) An individual must declare himself for Team Info or Team Shanty at check-in.

(2) There are three categories....

a-small fish-bluegill,redear,crappie,perch

b-game fish- any fish that has a length limit(bass,walleye,pike,muskie)

c- anything else that has gills-catfish,Kevin's Favorite Fish, dogfish,white bass, shiners, etc....

(3) The longest fish in each category will be deemed the winning fish. And whatever team that the individual who caught the winning fish belongs to wins that category.

(4) The team that wins two categories wins the "trophy".

(5) Tiebreakers

a-Assuming that fish are caught in all three categories and the score is 1-1 but two fish are the same length in the third category. Then points are awarded to the team that has the second longest fish in each category. In the event there is another tie. Then we go to the third longest,etc.

b-In the event that no team has caught a scorable fish in a category. Then that category is no longer there. Example...no one catches a legal game fish. And no team has won the other two. Then it goes to the second longest fish in the two remaining categories. A team that gets both points shall be deemed the winner.

c-In the event that through the tiebreaker that a second category gets knocked out and only one category remains. Then whatever team has the longest fish in the one category remaining will be ruled the winner.

(6) Anyone practicing "Catch and Release" will have to take a picture and have a member of the opposing team verify the length upon catch.

(7) All state laws and regulations apply.

Well fellows,were gonna need all the help we can get here,alot of our members have traded websites and are fishing for Indiana Info,if you're gonna be able to make it post it here,Im bringing a couple car loads up with me of some GOOD ICE FISHERMEN.......but we need the rest of you there too,bring you're tip ups,jiggin raps, swedish pimples and minnows,along with spikes and bee moths and come join the fun,by the way Rico when we had it at muncie we had plenty of food and all whos in charge of the grub?

Defections? I dont know what Jimmy is referring to there!!!!!!! Maybe he is talking about me!!!!!!!! But anyway gents, we have secured a shelter right at the fairgrounds. It is right through the main gate. I will try to get some sort of map over here. As far as the grub...I thought the defending champs had to supply that...I am gonna have to amend the rules!!!!!!!!

Well, im between a rock and a hard place. We have another rally that weekend. I think a lot of the good fishermen from Angola are going to fish that one instead. Like AngolaJones, and rufus, and captaincrooked. Also nelson, and I will prolly hit that one up too.

To get to Winona from the south go up hwy. 15 to Warsaw. The lake is on the South east part of town.

I wish it were the week after that. I am going to Wisconsin to compete in the trap attack. I will truely miss the tournament. I hope all you shanty guys kick some info butt!

Men I do not have an actual address for the building. It is right inside the main gate to the fairgrounds. I do have the address to the fairgrounds office for people to do a mapquest search. It is 1400 E. Smith St Warsaw IN 46580.

Dont know who to fish for huh?

At last report there was 7" on Little Eagle( The big bay from the channel out of the public ramp). Guys have been on since last Thursday. There was still open water around the fairgrounds ramp. But that is closing fast.
