Got out on Lake George again today. Really Tough bite today. Showed up and there was around 15 people fishing the main access. Nobody had any fish. Poked the Aqua-View around and the fish just weren't there. Almost everybody left within an hour. Went back in a cove, set some tip-ups and managed a decent outing. 17 crappie and a 26 inch pike. Also had an 17 inch bass we threw back.

Nice fish!! Must be nice to have the video to see if fish are there. I need to get me one of those!

HARDYSF: George is going to be a tough bite this year they did a major weed kill there to try to control the  milfoil. Thats why you didn't get any gills no weeds for them to hold in. The crappie school in and out if you are in the right place you might get some. It sucks that they killed all the weeds but if you saw the lake this summer you know it had to be done.
