aerators/non-freezing techniques
« on: Jan 25, 2007, 08:41 AM »
i trap my own bait in a little pond behind my house and keep them in a five gallon bucket in my garage. I was considering buying an aerator to keep the bait more lively. anybody have any experience/advice about these things?

also is there a way short of bringing it inside to keep it from freezing at night?
will the aerator keep it from freezing over?

check into aquarium goodies....

An air pump will keep the water moving - and if you need it to be warmer, you can get a cheapo aquarium heater from Wally world or wherever else in your area...
