Salted Minnows

Will salted minnows Work for bass and bluegill or do you have to get live bait? Let me Know your opinion? :D

Live bait on the tip ups. I have had luck jigging with dead shinners

I have caught fish on salted minnows. Jigging with them will work. pike and pickerel will hit them on tip ups.
