10 guys on the bay yesterday about 3 to 4 inches of ice slow bitting as far as i hear

I just got off the bay.i fished for about for hours. i got ten small perch.two bluegill's very nice size.the ICE IS 3" -4".it's got about2" of snow on it.be safe and stay on top.good luck
