I have never seen anyone on here talk about Rafferty. Is it not a popular ice fishing spot, or does it even freeze over.

rafferty freezes over, but boundry doesnt at the hot water return. there is alot of diffrent kinds fish there and you can eat them. i am going there this week

Hi, do you know if around Mainprize regional park is frozen enough to walk on? I want to go out there as I hear that they have good pike fishing, thanks

Hi, also if any one could tell me if there is a good fishing spot that that is easliy accessible by walking on it would be greatly appreciated. I do not have a truck just a car so I will be walking on and I don't want to be hauling all my gear half a km just so I can fish, something close to shore/road with decent depth to it. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks

you can fish right at the dam or go on the south side where you launch your boat and walk out there. there should be shacks all over there.
