I spoke with Art this morning and he say's he will have Minnow's this year but not until he knows there will be ice .
He spoke with his dealer yesterday and they have all the bait we can use but Art wont be able to give us a price on anything until he knows what his cost will be .
His dealer will be charging him morethis year  because of the testing but they aren't even sure what they will charge him yet .
I will keep you posted as long as he keeps in touch with me .

Thanks 1TIGGER, I havn't been by his place yet this year. I was hoping he would make out o.k. with the minnows. I just hope the price isn't too jacked up! It might force me to use just spikes and wax worms and leave the tip-downs at home.

BTW, are familliar with a rather nice sized pond near Shank's farm in Lima? Let me know if ya are. If it freezes right this year, maybe we can get on it and into some slab crappies. I pulled some out this summer that were in the 13 to 15 inch range!
