I have a couple of questions first off is this the correct permit to fish the NYC reservoirs? If not can you still get them in downsville?
and 2nd where would be a good place too hit up some brown and smallie action on the res this time of year?? I have been working in the area and figured I might as well make it a point too give it a shot one morning or evening with this warmer weather coming. Also what is preffered bait in the fall spoons and raps or live alewives?
if Alewives then can you buy them somewhere in downsville??
