bait regulation

does anyone understand the new bait fish rule. can you or cant you use trapped bait in diffrent lakes than where they were caught.

jiffy model 30 the only ice auger because the bells and wissles wont  cut ice.

You can only use bait that you cought in the same waters.

With bought AND certified bait, you can fish any waters.
