Looks like ice out has come early to the north central Massachusetts area
Couple of ponds have open water today in the hubbardston templeton area
Only going to get worse
This really sucks

I got out today in North Central on 7in. It's not over yet. However I will most likely wait till the cold returns late week and head out over the weekend

I agree, I was on 6 to 8 inches of good ice on Saturday. It's not over, it's only getting started.

Yes, it’s not over yet and still some decent ice in areas that I have recently fished on, but we’ll have to get through a few hurdles with some rain and warmer weather this week. We can only hope that the cold weather sets back in soon to firm things up.
