Name that jig!
« on: Dec 09, 2021, 08:56 AM »
Does anyone recognize these jigs? If my memory serves me correctly, they were purchased from a vendor at the 2015 or 2016 Milwaukee Ice Show.

Closest thing I could find.

It's a rocker jig but hard to find the color combination.

Looks like I’ll have to email Jammin. It definitely looks like his paint job but he isn’t selling anything like that on his site.

Looks to me like a jig that was cast from a Do-It swim jig mold.
I happen to have that mold in my collection.
I have no idea who made or painted the one pictured here, but you could easily cast your own and paint them up however you want.

Yes Jig-A-Whopper, lots of knock off's now but they were the original, unique at the time.  Really popular years ago for walleye when the Infisherman had them on the cover of their ice fishing magazine. I still have a couple of the original ones.

This is the jig. The HT tiger willow is not it. The tiger willow starts slim, gets wider, then get slim again at the hook. The one in question starts slim and is it’s widest at the hook, with a little curve in its back. It definitely looks like the right paint job though. I looked at HT’s website, they aren’t on there

So a little bit of investigation and persistence,i found a pic on the web of somebody selling ratsos, rat finkies and  a bunch of jammin jigs in a bag.theres the same jigs in that bag and im 99.7% sure i got mine from jammin.plus i also looked back on this forum when i was posting about jammin jigs and it was way back in 2013 so could be discontinued for sure.anyways good luck on the search.
