First off, it's good to be back posting on the site.
Fished from 0700-1300hrs. Ice was a consistent 5-6", fishing 6-9 FOW, some snow on the ice so creepers weren't necessary. Mainly jigged but had a few traps out. 2 small pickerel on traps and 3 dink perch jigging. Consistently marked fish on my Vex, but they had other ideas.
I've never seen so many people on Burr ice. Lots of people Saturday too when I checked it. Watch the western edge (across from the beach) right against the embankment, there was open water in spots. Had to tell a few hikers on the trail that wanted to come on the ice, to watch out.
