Found some ice.....

Headed way up North this morning and fished today on Chazy Lake. First time here for me. Pretty place to fish.  Ice was 5-7” in spots but averaged 5” in most places. I tried Jigging for lakers and had three good looks all day. Here for a couple more days. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Think I might try for some pike on Lake Chateaugay tomorrow. Is Upper or lower better for them?? Thank you-
