Ammo has been super tough. I’m hearing reports that supply will be back up by summer. Stories I heard ranged from political influence to supply chain causing the shortage. Market reports say that the shortage was brought on by mining closures for raw materials due to Covid. Time will tell but my advice would be buy it anytime you see it and you can afford it.

I've been going to dunhams for ammo.  Some days they have nothing some days they have a bunch.  Just gotta get there when a shipment comes in.

Cant even find 30/30 bullets for reloading.  Big Buck in Wexford seemed to have at least some hunting calibers recently.  My buddy needed 270 recently and that was the only place he could find it.

Three weeks ago greeter at the door said they were down sizing the store with one half fishing and one half biking. Time will tell.

That store was one of my he stores purchased by Sportsman's warehouse.  In a recent turn of events, Cabela's/Bass Pro has purchased Sportsman's Warehouse....so if it stays open, it will be a branch of the Cabela's empire.  Not sure what name it would be going under...  Fun fact.
