I watched all the utube videos. The depth wasn't the problem......it was the direction was wrong. I got a reply to my email from vexilar and got it calibrated pretty close using my compass on my cell pone and starting by pointing the camera North. Then turning it 360* to the right....then 360* to the left. Then hit button and repeat.

To recalibrate the camera set the actual camera on a level surface. Under the monitor there is a box with a button on top. Press and hold this button until you see a whole bunch of numbers on the screen. Now slowly rotate the camera 360º one direction and then 360º back the other direction. Press the button again and rotate the camera the same way again. You will need to do this a few times as there are 3 or 4 screens you will advance through by pressing that button. Hope this helps.
