Otter Magnum seat hack

I have an Otter Magnum sled and the purple flip on it. Has anyone made their own seats for this? If so how?

I found two swivel boat seats mounted them to two 38" 2x8, added two scraps to index them on the tub lip. A bit tipy but I don't seem to have an issue.
