Has anybody ever used these on frozen lakes to get out of snow/slush?

I've been stuck alone and these look cool but maybe not the best in snow? Better than nothing I think.

What's cooler than being cool? Ice cold

Before I bought my off road tires for my truck, I went down an unplowed dirt road to a pond and couldnt gain traction with my road tires even in 4 low. I had a 2 foot long plastic thing I got from dicks sporting goods with a traction rough top side. I kept throwing it under my tire until I gained traction to keep going. I learned quick after that to get aggressive off road tires, now no problems. If off road tires dont do the trick I would get chains for your tires.

I'd save the money for beer so you can bribe your buddies to shovel and push....

The key is to have them on all 4 tires as most of us know you have more grab on your front tires than back.
